Pictures of I’s hands, folding a paper object we used for games as kids. Someone called it a salt and pepper pot but there might be other names. I turned it into these drawings below. Notice how as the drawings progressed, I zoomed in closer and closer to her hands and the paper.

Birds
I found this old book in the cupboard at Villa Buitenlust. It includes many wonderful drawings by A. Roes, a female illustrator who made ink drawings of every bird discussed in the book.

I created a small leporello of these birds flying– and some experiments below.
Here are some more impressions of Villa Buitenlust. I really loved spending time there, and the people I met were all wonderful.
